Thanksgiving Day proved to be a great time to get on the water for one family that clearly knows how to enjoy the holiday.
Instead of staying on shore, they joined us for a combined crabbing and fishing adventure out of Seattle and turned the day into a memorable experience on Puget Sound.
Crabbing Results
Crabbing was productive throughout the trip.
The group successfully harvested 18 keeper crabs, making for an excellent Thanksgiving seafood haul and highlighting why late-season crabbing can be a rewarding option.
Flounder Fishing Results
Along with crabbing, the family spent time bottom fishing and put together solid numbers of flounder.
By the end of the trip, they had landed 28 flounder, keeping rods busy and the action steady.
